The MTB Mountain Bike Pack is designed for mountain bike patrollers, but can also be used by foresters, wildland firefighters, Alpine and Nordic  cross country patrollers. With the MTB, emergency supplies, communications and medical supplies are readily available in one piece of equipment.

The MTB Pack main compartment contains a 2 liter hydration system (included with pack) and a bi-fold pocket for first aid supplies. The main pack has two compression straps for securing the hydration bladder and applying pressure to assure good water flow. Instead of the hydration tube coming out of the top of the pack and hanging down, it runs from the bottom of the pack, positioning the water tube in an upright position that allows quicker, easier access to it.

The bi-fold is attached with hook and loop for easy removal, and this forms an open area behind the bi-fold that will hold a Sam Splint™.

The MTB Mountain BikePack comes with a 3-1/2” white reflective cross on the back. Patrol or association patches can be sewn on during construction for no additional charge. There is also an expanding bottom external pocket for tools and spare parts.

The unique zip-open chest harness makes removing the pack quicker and easier, and the zipper slider is also an emergency whistle. Shoulder straps feature DGEAR’s Fast Cam Adjustment System, and side pack straps are also adjustable for a snug, comfortable fit.

The radio hold down system will adjust to hold many different size radios and hold them securely, and the other side of the vest has external and internal pockets for cell phone, GPS, maps, etc.
